By accessing or using the website tech.smartbunny.in and the SmartBunny T-Shirt Converter software ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or software.

2. Description of Service

SmartBunny T-Shirt Converter is an automation tool designed to assist in t-shirt and sublimation printing businesses by formatting and organizing order data (such as Name, Number, and Size) for use with software like Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw.

3. License and Use

Upon purchase, SmartBunny grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the software strictly in accordance with these Terms.

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • You may not distribute, sell, lease, or sub-license the software to third parties.

4. Free Trial and Purchases

We offer a free trial version of the software. Once the trial period expires, continued use requires a valid purchase. All payments made through tech.smartbunny.in are final. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, primarily in instances of verifiable technical failure that our support team cannot resolve.

5. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the data (including customer names, numbers, and sizes) that you process using our CSV Generator and Converter tools. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process your customers' data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmartBunny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the software.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhuj, Gujarat.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes on our website.
